It’s been about three weeks since I submitted my wifes visa application and wanted to check on where it’s at so I decided to check the Online Visa Status page. When I get to the third page I’m asked to submit some identifying information. Of the options I’m given the only one I can use is my receipt number (IMM 5401) which I enter only to be rejected.
Why am I rejected because my receipt starts with an “R” but the system only accepts receipts that start with a “B”. Now stuck in limbo
here is my day three entry. The Eiffel Tower or rather a miniaturized version of it sitting outside iPark Mall at Yongsan Station.
Here’s my day 2 photo of the day picture. I had a different picture planned but since it’s really cold, -10C, I decided to stay indoors and do that one on another day.

Eye
This picture was taken with my 50mm f1.8 II lens at ISO 200, F1.8 1/25 handheld – quite happy with how it turned out despite the low shutter speed. I did a little post processing including removing some dark lines under the eyes and cropped the image closer to what I wanted. I couldn’t get focus if I moved closer to what I wanted to see, but hey with 18megapixels I have lots of room to crop.
In other news, I’m going to see if I can find an ExpressionEngine plugin to read the exif data and display it so I don’t have to manually enter it each time.
