Repatriate Me!

As things get closer to our move to Toronto I’m starting to think more and more about where to live. One of the things I’d like to do is live closer to a good quality elementary school. While I do realize that in general the quality of education across Canada is pretty good there are variations and since we’re moving into the city for the first time it would be nice to end up in a good neighborhood with a good school.

I’ve previously written about choosing a place to live and have tentatively decided on Markham but am still open. In any case would like to find the best or top schools. I emailed the Toronto School Board a few weeks ago about what sort of paperwork we need to bring with us from Korea, but I never heard back from them. Today I checked their web site again and found a twitter account and sent a message there, hopefully I get a better response.

In any case if readers know of a good resource listing schools and their rankings, I would be very grateful. After googling I was only able to find something from four years ago, but all the links on it are dead and there was no real information.
