Today I woke up early, not intentially, but it was still fortunate as I was able to watch the 2nd, 3rd and OT periods of the Canada US olympic gold medal match. The game started at 5:15 am and I was in front of the TV at about 5:40 and caught the last minute or so of the first period.

It was a good game and I was very surprised by the US teams tying up the game with 24 seconds to go in the third period. The OT period was really great and it was fantastic to see Canada win the game. I don’t normally get excited about sports, but must say i was really happy to watch the game and about an hour later am still pumped.

Today is a holiday in Korea, but my wife for some unknown reason has to go to the office for a few hours. I’ll be watching the kids and preparing for spring semester which starts tomorrow.
