I did decide to do a photo a day challenge during 2011. Below is my first picture titled Beginnings

Beginnings
Some photos may or may not have titles and I intend to post every single day unless I’m unavoidably away from the internet, which may happen if we go on weekend trips or Vietnam for a week later this month (unconfirmed as of yet). In the case that I can’t post on that day, photos will be posted as soon as possible but dated correctly and also only photo’s shot on the correct day will be posted. Hope readers enjoy these posts.

Happy New Year, Sean!
I’ve been to Viet Nam a couple times and love it there. The people are freindly and the food (and coffee sua - iced coffee with condensed milk) is superb. I strongly recommend going to Han Noi and Hue. Down south, you should go on the Cu Chi Tunnels/Cau Dai Temple tour. Cau Diaism is an amalagam of Christianity, Buddhism, Islam and local shamanistic beliefs and the temple complex is really interesting. Some of their saints include Jesus, the Buddha, Chang Kai Shek and Alexander Dumas - yes, the writer!
Many, many, many photo opportunities.
If you decide to go and want to meet beforehand, (I have pictures, travel guides and beaucoup suggestions of what to see and places to go) I’ll be around ‘till mid-January.
